Ready to Ship Items: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with a ready-to-ship item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please contact us at twistedthreadsnshenanigans@gmail.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom Orders: Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
